If I return the bike earlier, can I get my rental money back?
If you return the bike before the date mentioned in the rental agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund.
Unfortunately, this will not be possible. This is because our bikes are blocked at a date, time and place defined by you when booking, so we cannot guarantee that these bikes will be rented again to new customers on days when you have not used it.

Can I pick up my bicycle in the prevoius evening?
Our clients return the bikes until 17.30.
If everithing is all right with the returned bicycles, you can come and collect it between 17.30 and 18h. Otherwise if something is broken or need more mechanical attention, it can only be picked up in the next morning at 9.30h.
